Bairro do Zambujeiro

AUGI Bairro do Zambujeiro is located in the União das Freguesias de Santo Antão e São Julião do Tojal, Loures. The subdivision is characterised by 4 transverse and 2 longitudinal streets, which divide the neighbourhood into 7 blocks. Its present urban fabric, now consolidated, is also marked by some heterogeneity of building types, resting on diverse morphologies. The reconversion strategy is developed through detailed approaches specific to each block. The reconversion proposal provides for the delimitation of 4 parcels of ceded land for green spaces.
